Our renderings are the visual embodiment of our artistry and architectural vision.

A meticulous restoration of a 1918 Federal-style home—designed by Neel Reid and drafted by Philip Shutze—with a seamless, sympathetic addition honoring the original.
This once-in-a-lifetime project revived one of Atlanta’s architectural treasures with precision and care. Original materials were sourced or expertly replicated, while innovative approaches allowed for thoughtful updates that preserved the home’s ornate interiors. Within the existing footprint, select spaces were reimagined to support modern living, including an expanded kitchen, elegant baths, and generous closets. A carefully crafted addition extends the residence in both scale and spirit, blending past and present. Every detail reflects a deep respect for the home’s history and enduring beauty.
Restoring the work of two architectural icons—Reid and Shutze—was both a responsibility and a joy. It’s a rare gift to have clients so deeply committed to honoring every detail.
