History In 2001 Timothy S. Adams started as a single-man firm in Atlanta, Georgia. In a short period of time, the studio has grown to include more than twenty talented and diverse architects, project managers, and support staff. Still focused on high-end residential architecture, the goal remains the same -- to establish a higher standard of design quality in the communities of the Southeast. In 2006 the firm established its second office in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. With nearly 100 projects on-going in that area, this expansion was a natural step for the firm with its growing demand for coastal architecture in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Tim Adams has more than 15 years of experience in architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, as well as the Historical Preservation Society. He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Geography We are fortunate to have been granted the opportunity to design within varied environments, including such prestigious venues as Sea Island; Rosemary Beach; Lake Keowee; Lake Rabun; Buckhead; and Highlands, North Carolina.

Many areas such as these present rigid design and architectural guidelines that can seem imposing and restrictive. However, we are always stretching the limits to make each creation unique, and we ultimately find that these restrictions offer an exciting challenge from which new, creative solutions can emerge.
